Pawma Workability Enhancer Additive

Pawma is used to enhance workability in the production of Bituminous Hot Mixtures (BSK) or Warm Mix Asphalt (IKA).

Due to climatic conditions in many regions of our country, the asphalt road construction season is quite short. According to the Highway Technical Specifications, the minimum ambient temperature for laying asphalt mixture is 5°C in the shade. Naturally, under these conditions, the asphalt coating laid on the road cools quickly. However, since the workability of the asphalt mixture continues until the temperature drops to a certain level, PAWMA provides additional time for the rollers to complete the compaction process.

Allows for longer transportation distances, as the asphalt mixture remains usable for a longer period.
Does not negatively affect the properties of bitumen; rather, it positively enhances the properties of bitumen and the asphalt mixture.
