FlexoDerz Crack Repair Pastes

FlexoDerz Crack Repair Pastes are bitumen-polymer-based repair pastes used to fill surface cracks in asphalt pavements and concrete joints. They are ideal for repairing cracks that do not reach the underlying layers in asphalt pavements.

FlexoDerz Repair Paste is prepared with a high percentage of polymer-modified bitumen, filler material, and a special mixture formula.

Applications:

In expansion joints and seams
At the joints of large surface concrete pavements
In dams, channels, and ditches
In other areas where expansion is likely
Used for waterproofing, filling, repairing, and bonding purposes

Advantages:

Highly elastic, maintaining its elasticity between -20 °C and +120 °C.
Can be heated in a double-walled special kettle or directly on the stove.
For applications of 5,000 kg and above, a double-walled special kettle is temporarily provided.

FlexoDerz R Crack Filling Paste is a hot-applied joint filling paste used for filling joints found in railways.

It is used to absorb vibrations caused by traffic on the rails while also preventing water and foreign materials from entering the joints.

Areas where train and tram tracks are laid at grade level
Joint gaps in ports and industrial facilities
