Aspha-Min Workability Enhancer Additive

Adding Aspha-Min to the mixture simultaneously with bitumen creates micro-pores in the bitumen by forming a fine vapor spray. The micro vapor bubbles formed within the asphalt mixture enhance its workability, allowing asphalt applications to be carried out when the air temperature is low for laying and compacting.

Alternatively, when the air temperature is suitable for laying and compacting, adding Aspha-Min can reduce the temperature of the asphalt mixture by up to 30 °C, resulting in fuel savings during production.

Moreover, adding Aspha-Min will not change the rheology of the binder or the performance of the asphalt road surface. The mixture's 100% recyclability will be maintained.
